RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No returns are permitted unless the yarn sold has been misrepresented
by R&M Yarns,
in which case the customer must call the store to make arrangements for
returns/refunds.
We strive, to the best of our ability, to represent all yarns we sell correctly.
However, there have been times when a Vendor has misrepresented yarns to us
and we have mistakenly passed along incorrect information. In these cases
(which are rare),
we have notified our customers about the situation immediately to
rectify the problem.
